Overall OK, but you have to avoid the busy hours. The equipment can be outdated, however, it gets the job done. If you go during busy, you will have to wait around and be comfortable being in close proximity to others.

Although I did not get to enjoy aspects of the fitness center, the massages offered here are out of this world amazing! I have been on travel for the last 4 weeks and up visiting, I called and Ruth Youngs LMT extraordinaire fit me in last minute. I get massages often so I was unsure what to expect but wow- Ruth is truly skilled and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. Her energy is healing and I felt like a completely different person rejuvenated and ready for vacation. Highly recommend if you need a massage to check out Ruth!

I’m a 5 o’clock in the morning guy. I really enjoy that first a cup of coffee. The members are very friendly. I’m kinda like a part-time member. I work out there for the summer while we’re in Brennan Beach. The upgraded equipment is great, the treadmills are the newer style. It is a little on the small side but it works.

Great facility. Staff helpful and supportive. Non-judgmental gym. Locker rooms clean with ample room. Love going to the gym. Highly recommend Ontario Health & Fitness. Feeling great and looking better.

Great small town gym! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Staff is great and gym is always clean. Feels like a family environment when walking in. My got to place for sure .
