I’m still pretty new to the Memphis area, and the last person I found to do my braid install was very unprofessional, and ultimately I was hesitant about finding another braider. I found Rosetta after googling “braiders near me”….she got back with me quickly, and even on her off day she was able to squeeze me in. She arrived at her shop on time, where I was treated with hospitality (as if I were family), and she made me feel very safe and comfortable. My experience was the BEST braid experience that I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to get my next install. The icing on top of the cake was when she called me the day after to ensure that I loved my hair. People don’t do things like this anymore….good genuine customer service is hard to come by. Make sure you book her💚

This lady really left my daughter in her shop with her five kids for 3 hours. 4/15/23 Horrible service. Told to come at noon. Did not start my daughters hair until 4pm. Asked me to bring her back in the morning to complete.Only finished a small block on the left side of her hair for the 5 hours of work she completed. She wanted me to pay in full for the service. I did not,thank GOD,but did give her half. Fast forward day two.4/16/23) She said come at 8am didn't start until 9am. My hair is everything. I cant stay out the mirror !!! Im so thankful and glad i finally got a chance to get slayed by Rosetta!!! She's the best at this braiding and been at it since we were coming up tg in the hood lol
