I Love this building, because I have been working here since it was base building nineteen years ago.
First class property
Cockroaches almost daily in bathroom. No solutions. Do your company a favor and go elsewhere. Maintenance guy is amazing, feel bad for him having to clean up dead cockroaches daily.
Weekly, Monday morning greetings shown below (since July 2025) in the men’s restroom on the 24th floor. Very alarming for a self-proclaimed, trophy asset in the heart of Chicago’s business district.
