One Nail Spa

I got a gel builder fill and it was like the woman had no idea what she was doing. So unorganized and not clean. I needed a new tip and she put it on completely crooked. And the shape of each nail was different and uneven. I wanted a red French tip and she completely ruined it. I had to go to another salon and they had no choice but to take off then nails because of how awful the gel was applied.

Not a great experience at all. The person doing my gel pedi couldn't find the exact color I wanted and didn't understand when I tried to explain to her the style I wanted. The person doing my dip mani aggressively filed my nails down to a very unnatural shape. Then, a day later I realized there was some sort of air bubble under the gel polish on my big toe and it burst, so now I have a big gap in the polish. The place is supposed to open at 10am so I tried to go right at opening to ask someone to fix it, and I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at 10:20am and not a soul is in the building. I'm beyond frustrated.

I had a terrible experience I paid 70$ for a pedicure and my feet were still dry and my old nail polish was still on my big toe after I sat there for two hours waiting for the lady to get done I told them about my issue and the lady told me she didn’t see anything wrong with the old nail polish on my toe it looked fine OVER PRICED AND BAD only knocked 5$ off I am not satisfied and I’m never one to really complain but terrible job and overpriced for my toe nails to look bad and tried to argue me down which made it even worse never again going here

I’ve been going to Win now there for a while! He does amazing work, and always takes his time to make sure everything is perfect! Since I’ve been going there, I’ve referred at least two clients that continuously go back to him! And whenever anybody asks, I always refer him! He does amazing dip work, and designs! My polish always looks the same the day I go in to get it changed as the day I leave! He’s very personable, and always makes you feel comfortable. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a nail salon! He always makes time for me, even when I don’t book in advance!

this salon is beautiful on the inside and has great customer service! i have had a great experience with everyone i’ve gone to to get my nails done but especially Win. I book an appointment with him every time i go to get my nails done the set in the picture is done by him. Not only does he exceed my expectations every time and make my nails look even better than the picture but he is the sweetest person ever. If you’re looking for a new salon this is the one to go to.
