One Nail

I used to love One Nail as I’ve been going there for nearly 7 years. However, today will be my last. They don’t give priority to those with appointments to begin. Then if the owner isn’t there to do your nails, the quality falls off drastically. I asked for a regular manicure which should be the easiest of them all. It legit has bubbles in it, the clumpiest I’ve seen. There’s too many nail salons out there to pay for this experience at the end of the day.

The first SNS French mani dip service was a 8/10. However, I was alarmed half way through my appointment, Kevin ran out of towels. The nail stations toward the rear were visibly unclean and unkept. Made an appointment a week later for my Daughter to see Kevin and I was referred to get a pedicure by his wife only. A Caucasian lady arrived shortly after we did and Kevin abruptly stopped servicing my daughter. She inquired about the situation, however was told “Need a few minutes, weeeee be right bk with you.” No real explanation and showed a lack of consideration for other people time. Kevin fixed two nails on a Caucasian lady which took about 15 min and I was completely disappointed in his choice to conduct business in this manner, thus qualifying the earlier reviews claiming preferent

no complaints at all. came here at 6:30 on a friday for a full set and they took me right in and i was out in a little over an hour. i’m picky with my nails but they did a good job with my acrylic and the gel polish. i didn’t feel rushed as others have stated. it’s not a fancy place by any means, but the quality was good and the price was $45 whereas other places in the area are charging $70-$80 for worse quality. i’ll be coming back!

I’ve been going to Kevin at One Nail for about 12 years consistently getting mani-pedis. I always make an appointment and I’m in and out of there in less than an hour. My nails always look good and I get a lot of compliments !

Our family has had our nails done here for a very long time. Tracey and Kevin and their team are great. I don’t understand the negative reviews. We appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. We are happy and loyal customers. .
