On Track Tanning

I went to on track tanning for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. A super sweet girl named Addison was working. She was super welcoming…she showed me all the beds and how some worked different than others and she told me a good amount of minutes to tan so that I didn’t burn. She has great customer service skills. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I really love coming in to this shop. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Never more than a minute wait. Their products for sale are all top quality, for a great price. Their beds are all fit with new bulbs every year. Their monthly fees are very reasonable and they include a percentage off of whatever you purchase. I highly suggest stopping in and trying it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I called to cancel my subscription and explained I was not working at the moment and couldn't afford the 100, they refused to let me cancel and charged me the 100, which made me short on my rent. I explained all this to them and they did not care and was very rude. Make sure you read the fine print before signing the contract. I was never explained to that they would charge me to cancel. Very disappointed 😞

Fantastic location and unbeatable prices. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful with products and beds. One of the few places with stand up beds! Staff know you by first name and what your bed preference is. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I should have written this before I forgot the girls name who helped me this morning. I haven’t been tanning in quite some time. I happened to be near On Track Tanning, so I popped in to see about their packages and to see if I could tan at that time. The girl who helped me was hands down, one of the nicest people in customer service I have ever come across. She not only was upbeat and nice, she answered my tanning questions professionally and was very mindful of the amount of time I should tan, based on when I last tanned. I was there around 11:45am on June 18 (in case this message makes its way back to a member of the team). I highly recommend On Track Tanning. Keep it up! 🤗
