On the Nail

I'm only giving it a two star review because this place is very clean. I had a male tech. He was very nice, but his work was extremely messy, my nails ended up with many bumps and was not smoothed out, and not worth the price at all! I paid $120 for gel pedicure and powder nails. My friend called to confirm pricing after I left, and they said it costs $5-10 to remove the previous powder set I had on my hands (I've never heard of that before...) and apply a new set. Turns out they charged $15. That's not $5 - $10...that's $5 + $10...they even went back on their own words. Then when my friend encouraged me to go back and speak out about my nails, I did. The lady was not too happy that I came back, and she tried explaining the price and then took a the top layer off for the powder and smoothe

For anyone who has left anything less than 5 stars, I don’t know how! These women are so talented, so kind, and care about what they do. They’re unbelievably friendly and make you feel comfortable the entire time. Plus they’re so funny! They did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. They also take their time with the massages which is very much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your nails. Thank you guys!

Beware ladies and gents…they will waste your time and money!!! I came into their shop at about 4:50pm- 5pm, when I came in I specifically said I would like to get my overlay taken off of my nails and would like a pedicure. The lady says ok but they don’t have anything until 6:30. I said ok I’ll come back at 6:30. I bs’d around in the area until 6:30 (I’m from philadelphia). I came back and received a horrible pedicure. Still not saying anything about it since my main goal was to get the overlay off and I would just go to my usual to get another pedi. When she was done the pedi I said don’t forget I would like the overlay off. It was at this time that she says oh we don’t do that. This is THE BEST Nail salon! Jenny, the owner, presents the most welcoming, relaxing, pleasant atmosphere! Their Customer Service is A+! They are always accommodating and helpful! Mia is EXCELLENT! She takes such wonderful care of my nails and gives a fantastic mani/pedi! LOVE this salon~ Beautifully decorated, clean, just the PERFECT place! I go every two weeks like clockwork.

Jenny was so wonderful and took the time to carefully take off my full set before giving a perfect gel manicure. The spa itself is modern and very well decorated. Such a relaxing and inviting environment, can’t wait to go back!
