Had the most amazing facial! 💆‍♀️ Bonita is such a wonderful, attentive, and kind person she made me feel completely comfortable and valued the entire time. The spa is beautiful, super clean, and so relaxing. it’s a place where you forget all your worries. I will definitely be coming back soon 💖✨

Edited to add: she texted me that she was sorry about my appointment and told me she would give me a $50 credit to say sorry. She offered me a phone appointment today at 12:45. It’s now 3:15 and she never called. What a joke. I’m very disappointed with my experience at OnPoint Med Spa. They called to reschedule my appointment just 20 minutes before my scheduled time, which was already inconvenient. I went ahead and rescheduled, but when I arrived for the new appointment, I waited 45 minutes and the provider never showed up. During that time, I was repeatedly told “just a few more minutes,” but no one ever came. I understand that things can come up, but repeatedly rescheduling last minute and then not honoring the new appointment time is very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for

The most excellent medical spa. The environment and staff are clean, welcoming, and friendly. Kristy is highly empathetic and does not recommend unnecessary or expensive treatments. She genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and health. She provides detailed explanations and breakdowns of all procedures to ensure understanding. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this spa. It is also an enjoyable location, and I appreciate her seasonal decorations.

This was my first time at On Point Med Spa & Wellness Center. I absolutely love my results and the service I got from the minute I walked in. Bonita the Aesthetician was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, extremely calm and attentive. She made me feel relax and comfortable. Christy, the owner did my treatment. There was no pressure to do anything-she listen to my concerns and needs. She spoke lengthy about all of the products she used and why. Christy comes from a wealth of experience, knowledge in the medical profession. She is very passionate and made me feel more like a friend rather than a customer/patient. I highly recommend this establishment. I will be returning.
