Luena was so sweet and friendly. She made it very easy to converse with her. I really enjoyed her as my Nail Technician, and her work was incredible! I would definitely book an appointment with her again! The Salon was beautiful. It was clean, neat, and polishes were displayed. I love the mix of music that they played through Alexa, made the experience that much nicer. The salon was beautiful and nicely decorated. The waiting area had beautiful chairs and a coffee table. All furniture was immaculately taken care of; a very relaxing and girly space. They offered me complimentary coffee and a coffee cake. The coffee was served in a beautiful clear mug and it was such a cute touch. I only have great things to say!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience with Valerie was disappointing. She seemed annoyed from the start and made me feel like a burden after I accidentally messed up a nail—no professionalism or patience. Worse, she didn’t mention a late fee until after finishing my nails. As a loyal customer for nearly a year, I expected better communication and transparency. One late arrival shouldn’t mean surprise charges.
