OMT (Orange Massage Therapy)

Thalia is an amazing massage therapist and a wonderful person! I have been seeing her for about a year now and she really treats your body and individual needs, I always leave feeling much better. I have a hypermobility disorder and have alot of pain due to muscular overcompensations, so I was seeing her once a week for about a month which was very helpful. Now I see her less frequently for maintenence and I feel the best I have ever felt.

After only 3 sessions, my back pain is almost gone and I can sleep again through the night without tossing and turning. My back even feels well enough that I was able to start working out again. The therapy is relaxing and she explains every procedure before she begins. The total experience has made my life so much more enjoyable and I'm feeling better everyday. She is very good at sensing what the body wants and is trying to say, and very creative in figuring out the best way to address an issue.

Thalia is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I have been going to massage therapists for many years to combat problems due to chemotherapy.
