OMO Massage & Hair Spa

My friend and I decided to do a head spa treatment last minute today. They got us in quickly but the lady who was helping us didn’t speak or understand very much English, so we had to speak into her phone and the translator app would show her what we were saying. Due to the language barrier there was confusion throughout our visit. We left with red and painful irritated scalps. I do not think they used new or sanitized brushes on my friend right after they were used on me. We were both in the same room and went one at a time. The face mask she used made both of our faces react in different ways. When we were checking out we wanted to each pay for our own treatments. I had the Massage & Head Spa combo and it was such a relaxing experience. It was my first time, and I honestly loved it. The massage was great, and the head spa washing and scalp massage were especially amazing—super soothing and calming. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend and would definitely do again.

I had an excellent experience; the service is very good and worth every penny. I booked a couples massage for my friend and me, and they did an incredible job. The only suggestion I have is that they should add some kind of background music, something relaxing or nature sounds, something, but other than that, it was great. I'll be back!
