I also really appreciate that she has the experience and knowledge to recognize what this old powerlifter needs to have done to keep going!

Give OmniHeal a chance. The comfortable and serene space lends to calm healing. The services provided were extremely therapeutic. Tami is gentle by nature but can bring depth in massage techniques. Tami has an incredible tool kit to pull from beginning with the massage experience. She implements various approaches to effectively address different problem areas. Cupping was done with silicone, so it was a gentler experience than I’d anticipated. The cold stones are a little shocking initially but a unique and impactful experience. My muscles seemed to respond almost immediately to the special oil used. (I’ve forgotten the specific name.) Oh, and the hot stones were simply divine. As an added bonus, she is a Reiki practitioner!
