I was very unsatisfied with my recent visit. The technician applied acrylic directly over my cuticles, which is improper technique. As a result, my cuticles are sore, peeling, and very uncomfortable. I even had to scrape over them myself just to relieve some of the pressure. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this salon if you are looking for quality and professional nail care it’s going on 2 weeks since I had this set and I just now peeled it because the acrylic was stretching my cuticle longer while still closed
Consistently a disappointment. To be honest, I should’ve stopped coming to this nail salon a long time ago, but since it’s so close to where I live, I really wanted like this place. I continued to return in hopes that I would finally have a good experience. Unfortunately, that good experience never came. I used to work in this complex back in 2018 while I was in college, which is how I found out about Omnia. Over the years, I have been serviced by several different techs, and the experience has always been the same. I’ve left this place twice with welts on my legs from the hot stone treatment. I was burned to the point I shouted. The pedicurist giggled at my obvious discomfort. It’s so close to my place and my toes always look cute… but not only is it expensive, I’m not getting the consideration desired for the cost. I tip less now… I’m just not the type to not tip at all. But I may not in the future.
I do not recommend this nail salon at all. At first glance, it seems nice — they offer wine and the staff appear friendly initially. However, my experience quickly went downhill. My pedicure was done by Mark, who was extremely rough and made the experience uncomfortable. After that, I was transferred to Nancy for my full set. I asked for an almond shape with a blue French tip, but she did not follow my request. Instead, she did a completely different design that I didn’t ask for and clearly didn’t like. I told her multiple times, but she continued with a design she was more comfortable with. She also spent the entire appointment on the phone, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, the two front desk employees were arguing in front of customers. One of them (with blonde an
