OMNI NAIL SPA

At first I was happy with the designs until I saw the nails she put was lil smaller so you can actually see on the side, and the top coat is coming off from couple of nails. Mind you it’s just been only 5 days I did this nail. And now my hand looks nasty. What a waste of money!!!

Mai did a wonderful job on my nails. I'm in town and needed a quick nail.appt They accommodated me. Salon is clean and nicely decorated. Lots of stations and pedicure chairs. Offered me drinks. Lovely experience, and really convenient if you're visiting from out of town in the Fossil Creek area.

I have a maternity shoot coming up so I wanted my nails to look nice and this is the service I got. My nails done 5 days ago. I went in there and had showed the front desk lady my nails and told her this isn’t what I expected them to turn out like and that they’re chipping and rigid by my cuticle and she responded with so much attitude saying that it’s the way my cuticle is which is why it’s like that. I have chipping on my thumb and I told her it was trying to peel off and had already chipped and she responded with what do you want a different color or something? I told her I wanted them fixed for the money I spent and she said it’s the way my nails are and that she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her thanks and she just laughed. It was okay . Ladies were super nice. I asked for French tip and wasn’t what I expected. Shape is dull. I didn’t correct the tech either tho. I'm super non confrontational. Pedicure was amazing. Don’t feel like $140 worth service .

Here’s my honest review of 5 star, I absolutely loved it. The experience was great the pricing was good for what I got done. I can’t remember the two ladies names but they were the sweetest and so kind! I was in and out but they took their time. Highly recommend this salon
