Ombré Nail Spa West Columbia Sc

Came in one day randomly since I don’t do self care often, got the best service ever & became a regular customer! Now I’m there every two weeks getting my nails and toes done. I also get my brows & lashes done here too! I especially recommend max and crystal but everyone here is amazing and super friendly. They don’t rush you out and make sure you 100% satisfied and relaxed I love this place! They can do everything but this happens to be my most recent set. Check them out their services are unmatched and incredible!!! 1000/10 I’ve even gotten my roommates and co workers going they’re the best 🙂

I had such a great experience getting my nails and toes done here Jordan did my service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean and professional, and my nails and toes came out absolutely beautiful. I left feeling relaxed and super happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to Ombré since August of 2024! The customer service is unmatched! My nail tech, Jordan, is absolutely amazing! She delivers on my nails and feet every time! She’s also reliable!

First off I haven't been here in years so I get there it's 25 dollars to get my eyebrows waxed then I get to chair number for my feet and I explain these would be my birthday toes so I picked which treatment I want which was the cheapest then I soak my feet she didn't turn on my chair nor did she give me my massage but once she was done polishing I told her I didn't like them she tells me now she's going to have to take my polish off with an attitude normally I go to creative nails on Harbison Blvd which now I'm aggravated at the poor customer service so I get to the register and my ugly polish is 100 bucks I will never had to go to creative nails and get them fixed I will never go there again!!!! I came in and told them I was in a little rush. Which I had about an hour. And the guy who took care of me did in fact do my nails in a rush and then did a design on my nails and I told him I didn’t like it and he took it off and “fixed” it all mad…seemed like and he charged me for the design which was crazy to me but I felt bad because I didn’t like it which I shouldn’t because I’m the cilent. Horrible experience. So I paid about 70$ ish and I did not like them. Will not be back. Also he was such in a rush he did not take the other color I had previously on the sides
