I’m really disappointed in the quality of service and conditions in the salon. The actual table was not clean, there were nail clippings from previous clients on the table, and the brushes and files they used on me had lots of residue from previous clients. I was a nicked a couple of times, and while she was apologetic, the chance of transferring bacteria to other clients after breaking skin with the same file is astronomical. The shaping of my nails is not even, and the product is lumpy. There was no prep work besides filing the top of the nail before, and absolutely no cuticle care. She didn’t even push my cuticles back, so I’m sure there will be lifting soon. I wasn’t even sure how to address all this at the salon, but this isn’t quality or safe work. I always see Tamia to get my nails done. Today she did holiday nails for Christmas and it was so fun! It was easy to talk about ideas with her. They look and feel great.

I’m so glad I discovered this Salon. I’ve never been able to have a nail tech that I can go to over and over again and get great results. This Salon has changed the game for me. Aon is my tech and I’ll never go to anyone else!

Asked for a callus treatment for my daughter which was an add on to their service. Some older lady said I’m not a Dr.. I said I know you’re not a Dr you do pedicures and all I was asking for was my daughter an added extra service from your menu. She didn't even look at my daughter's feet so why she said she wasn't a Dr was beyond me. All I asked was to add on a callus treatment. If she had a callus that needed medical attention we sure wouldnt asked a nail salon, we'd went to podiatrist. Their pricing menu stated: build your own pedicure That’s what I was asking if she could get a callus treatment. My nails are super cute but when I entered and showed them picture of what I wanted on every nail which had gems I. It I was quoted $95. But, then we realized my nails were too short for gems. So we took all the gems out and I still had to pay $95. Pretty sure something is wrong with that!!! For sure no gems and it was not cheaper. Really!!!!!
