Best in STL, hands down! Creative, Compassionate and Professional! I have been a client for 2 years and I have never been disappointed by Tay’s work. She brings my ideas to life even when I’m not sure what I want. The shape, retention and designs are always top quality. The suite is clean, cute & colorful. The vibes are chill. My appointments are always entertaining with great conversations and laughs! Booking is easy and convenient with great communication and flexibility. It’s nice to have a nail tech that not only cares about the look, but also about the health of your nails! 10/10.

So I communicated with this business for about a week for a very specific and special nail set to me. Very unprofessional to say the least. Firstly don’t expect good communication. Takes days to respond back even tho she says to dm her for work. Secondly, the entire time we are communicating she never sends a booking link or anything. I clearly communicated when the nail set was for and everything. She kept saying yes I can do that and making it seem clear that we all good to go. So I’m tryna get the date set and she finally a couple days before when I need the appointment sends me a booking link. With no availability. At all. Then tells me it’s my fault and blocks me. Hopefully I can save people from the same terrible experience

What can I say.....the atmosphere is welcoming and her work is phenomenal! She got me in on a same day booking...she was on time, was immediately ready to start, she was friendly, pleasant to talk to, completely professional and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. Not only that, she wants each client to leave absolutely satisfied. Finally a nail tech professional who speaks clear English and who's NOT like these Asians - motivated by trying to make as much money off of Black women as they can without treating us with the respect we deserve..You want quality nail services in a calm and pleasant atmosphere.....go see Taye because she does NOT disappoint! I won't get my nails done anywhere else!
