Thai massage with James is healing for body and spirit. He is incredibly gifted at understanding the complexity of the human body and what it needs to become more balanced, fluid, and energised. He describes his observations of where my body is tight so I can learn what I need to do to maintain the benefits of the massage. And he creates an atmosphere of self-acceptance, gratitude, and sacredness. His words of wisdom consistently open my mind to new ways of thinking that help me to rediscover my joy and become my best self.

I took my mom for a facial and I had a Thai massage, and both were amazing. I had never had a Thai massage before, and it was the best massage I have ever had. Also, everyone was welcoming.

My wife and I celebrated our 5-year anniversary with an evening at OmBody. We enjoyed a private yoga class, sauna, and massage. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were so happy to have some peaceful and relaxing time to ourselves. We couldn’t recommend this enough!

Yoga classes at this beaytiful spacious studio are always the perfect flow, i love weekwnd mornings at 930. The instructors are tuned in to the student's practice needs.
