I thought we were on the same page at first, but somewhere along the line there was definitely a big miscommunication and it just kept getting worse. I was excited there was so much availability so close to the holidays but now I see why. Personally had a horrible experience and won’t be returning Update: because I’m genuinely devastated. I tried for almost 3 hours yesterday morning to style it and failed. Today, I want to give up. For reference, my ends were uniform length about 4 inches under my collar bone, just trimmed an inch off the night before. I've been going to Alyssa for years now and have never been disappointed. She does a great job with everything from waxing, cutting, to coloring. She's highly personable and I always enjoy my time there. Highly recommend!
