The customer service is very unprofessional. I subscribed for a trial and wanted to cancel my subscription after not reading a lot of articles and seeing the value in my subscription. They make you call a customer service account to cancel your subscription, lower the price four times to try to get you to stay, and then cancel the subscription finally. The customer service agent was very rude when she finally cancelled my account. I asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation to make sure I don't get charged again and she said she wouldn't be able to do that and then hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service and staff is very friendly. One thing for truck drivers, though. If you put 322, North 12th St in the GPS, then it will take you to the right place for truck unloading/loading. Take a left turn after you see the parking lot with several stories.

Would be great if they would cancel subscriptions when asked. Paid $1 to read an article almost a year ago. They have been charging me 10.99 a month for at least the last 5 months. Only way to cancel is to send an email, which they will not respond to until AFTER you’ve sent THIRTY NINE EMAILS. Yes, I sent these people thirty nine emails requesting to cancel before I got a response. It is clear they make it difficult to cancel on purpose. It’s wrong, it’s deceitful, and I am out over $50 for a DIGITAL “newspaper delivery” for news I could get anywhere. Have some integrity
