Om Shanti Massage & Reiki

I have seen Jayme multiple times and will continue to see her for massage and reiki work! She always works very intuitively with my body as well as addressing any issues I may be having. I leave feeling amazing every time. I absolutely LOVE the singing bowls she incorporates into her work as well💞

Jayme is such a grounding, present and intuitive healer and being. While receiveing my first massage by her, I felt so safe and held as well as quite vulnerable, as if she was reading my body like a book. Jayme intuitively knew what my body needed and it looked and felt differently than the other massages I have received in the past. What I thought my body needed was deep tissue, but during my massage with Jayme, my body actually just needed a tender touch, sound healing and energy work. She opened up pent up emotions within me which allowed for me to reflect and release what no longer is serving me and my pain body. Jayme has that rare and ideal blend I seek in a massage therapist and healing worker. She is intuitive, present, relaxing, yet strong and able to work out your kinks and tough spots. She seamlessly weaves between fluid touch and spending time on a specific area. All of her treatments leave me feeling better than when I walk in. Last time I noticed that I slept better and felt more grounded for days after our session. I highly recommend.

Jayme gave me the best 90 minute massage this afternoon, immediately I knew I was in the best hands upon greeting until we parted. She has such a warm, genuine energy to her and her technique was flawless. She really knows her stuff! I felt completely comfortable in her care and am already looking forward to my next appointment! I recently saw Jayme for my first Reiki treatment and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. She is also an excellent massage therapist, but I think the Reiki was even more relaxing than massage. When I left her studio I felt light and yet grounded at the same time. Her treatment space is cozy and comfortable and Jayme's presence is warm and reassuring. I highly recommend her for both massage and energy work.
