OM Central Jersey Massage & Yoga

I've been seeing Brian (owner of OM Central Jersey Massage and Yoga) for massage for over seven years. I also took a one-year Hatha yoga teacher-training program with him. He's very sensitive to my needs, calm, supportive, and incredibly flexible with working our sessions into my schedule. I have a neck injury from a car accident and his gentle yet effective massages leave me feeling calm and pain-free. He also was very supportive with helping me find job placements after I completed my teacher-training program. I always look forward to my weekly sessions with Brian!

First, I must say that Brian is an outstanding human being. One in a million. He teaches you to bring out your best self, everything you need to do this is inside of you. His tools are Yoga and love and humor. Great combo. I guarantee you will appreciate a little guidance from Brian. Who can turn down a chance to be happy?
