Olney Nails

This nail salon is not sanitary at all. None of the items used for my feet looked clean. They all seem as if they were sitting on the nail techs cart all day and used for every client. There was no sterilization box in sight... I asked if I could buff my own feet because the lady was doing a very poor job & she handed me a disposable pumice that was so worn it has turned from a light purple color to greenish brown. I asked if they use the same one for everyone & she said "YEAH" in a hostile voice. Now shes rushing my service & is visibly upset. I wont be back! EVER...

This review is STRICTLY for the MALE counter associate. As another patron has mentioned below, HE has a NASTY disposition when responding to women. I asked him in a kind way about how my nail services price had changed during the prior time I visited. He was SO loud and disrespectful with his response, and I responded back to him using the same tone. I am an academically educated individual who does not tolerate such disrespect from any business I patronize. Moreover, the last time I visited, I wore a translator. Prior to the nail tech finishing up my nails; which she always does a BEAUTIFUL job, I heard him tell her my nails were an additional 5 dollars because of their length. I love the way Jenny does my feet and nails

I normally do my own nails but lately been so busy.. I came here a few times and the staff are friendly. Ask for V she sits up front and her work are incredibly beautiful specially pedicure. She is very sweet and kind and take her time with you... Just ask and she will take care of you.

They do great waxing. But the nails are horrible. I got my nails done and the job looked rushed. They couldn’t do the design I wanted but it was ok, so I just picked something the person was comfortable with. They started adding stuff I didn’t ask for and the nails are bulky and the shape isn’t really good. You’re all better off going somewhere where they take the customer into consideration. Not once did she ask me if this was ok or did I like the nails. I’ll be going to my regular salon after this disaster.
