Olive Nail Lounge

I really like this salon! It’s clean, relaxed, and all of the nail techs do a great job! I’ve been going every 3-4 weeks since April 2024 and this time Mary did my nails. She did Halloween designs on my nails and she did a fantastic job. If you need a design, she’s your person! In the past I’ve seen Rachel and she does a great job as well. She’s very nice and funny! She usually does my Mom’s nails.

I stopped in to try out this nail salon. The lady who did my nails did a good job and was very nice. My complaint is with the young girl at the front desk. I gave her my first and last name but I declined to give my phone number. She laughed and did a bit of an eye roll. I understand their job is to get my phone number and to blow up my phone with offers etc but my job is to protect myself and my privacy.

I made an appointment for gel mani and pedi with design, the design looks nothing like the picture I showed. The pedicure did not come with a massage I assume because the design took so long. I requested I be seated next to my friend so we could talk and was told NO because all her stuff was at a different table, and when it came time to do a design on my nails she said no because they closed 30 minutes ago… so why make my appointment if it would take that long. The owner told me it’s because my appointment was for gel manicure but I got hard gel.? Yes I am supposed to know the difference but my receipt said GEL MANICURE. Very disappointed and will not be going back

I’ve had positive experiences at olive nail lounge usually when getting regular gel manicures and pedicures. My last two experiences were not the greatest and I hate leaving bad reviews and genuinely try giving places a fair chance. I got and ombré french tip with dip powder a few weeks ago for a bridal shower. That looked bad in my opinion and they kindly corrected it for free to a beautiful french (which i liked). I included pics of the original dip set and the correction. I wanted the same thing re-done today for a wedding I am attending tomorrow. While that was attempted today with another technician, I was cut twice plus two nails were drilled down to my raw skin/cuticle. Rachel did a great job on my nails! She takes her time and is very meticulous. Love how friendly she is and her recommendations are always on point! Another great job by Rachel! She is so sweet and friendly!
