We rented a lakefront home in Brainerd to host a small wedding. Before booking the venue, I checked with the owner if it was okay to hold a wedding there, and she agreed. To ensure a smooth wedding, we called the owner to request setting up my wedding canopy a day before the ceremony. However, the owner said she had to talk to her husband first.
