Old Tyme Barber Shoppe

I'm on the fence, I've been coming to this barbershop since I moved to DeBary last August. I have a simple hairstyle; it's long on the top, shaved on the sides and back a simple undercut. The younger gentleman usually does a really good job super happy with him every time I go up there he trims my beard & eyebrows + a shave it's great! However this last time I went an older gentleman was the only one there to give me my haircut he was done in less than 10 minutes and only charged me half price I gave him it standard tip went home pulled my hair down and had handfuls of hair falling out.... When I went back up there today today discuss the bad haircut, the gentleman was argumentative and basically said my hair looked that way when I came in all he did was a simple trim. Have had Kat cut my hair 3 times now and each time it’s been different, this time I got a high bald fade which is not what I wanted, said something to Kat to resolve this and was told that due to store policy I can’t get a refund but the cut I received was not what I asked for, only offer was discounter future cuts, not ever getting my hair ruined again

My son loves this shop! Since they expanded over to the building next door there is so much room for additional artists. We will never go anywhere else!!

New guy is pretty bad. I should have known he was going to be bad when he doesn’t even wear shoes to work. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Thanks for ruining my haircut. I went home and had to do it myself.
