Old Town Nails

I went in for builder gel / hard gel with an appointment. Once they removed my gel the lady immediately takes clippers and cuts 2 of my nails down super short before I could notice or say anything. I stopped her and said I wanted my nails to be long, she never asked. She said “it’s fine. We can put extensions” and I said I hadn’t planned to pay for extensions that day. They agreed to do the extensions for free and she proceeded. However, some of the nails had been cut down so unevenly so I am left with my natural nails showing very obviously in the back and unadhering from the extension after only 7 days. Furthermore, she applied like two layer of hard gel , it did not seem like builder gel and kept bending my nail back to test the strength, which hurt. This did not turn out like the supe

I have been going to Old Town Nails for many years now. I love Elen she is my go-to! I have been to other technicians as well and have always been pleased with the result. Chau is the best! I always leave there with the best result. Elen always pays attention to detail while being efficient at the same time. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!! The best customer service and they always remember me when I come back which makes me feel good as a customer.

My daughter and I walked in on a Saturday morning and were able to get right in. They have a vast selection of polish colors to choose from. The techs were very nice, however the appointments were very rushed. I received one of the worst manicures - the polish was applied too thick and as a result it is soft and easily dents. Twelve hours later, my nails are dented and still strongly smell like nail polish. I would not recommend this place.

Chau is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She is so diligent and really takes the time to make sure your nails are clean and perfect. I have been coming to old town nails for a long time and the salon is always very clean. I have loved every manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten there and would definitely recommend!

I wish I could give Jasmine at Old Town Nails 10 stars! I get a dip manicure from Jasmine about once every 3 to 4 weeks. She is fantastic, has done some amazing ombre dip nails for me, and when she puts on a tip you literally cannot tell the tip from my own nails. My dip manicures last so long that I could go longer than 4 weeks, if my nails didn't grow. Jasmine is so nice, upbeat, and friendly that I always feel welcome. I can't recommend Old Town Nails enough!
