Old town massage studio LLC

Unique experience... I was trying this place for the first time coming from another local Massage Studio in Culpeper. I booked online fairly easy, day of my appointment few hours before I get a text message cancelling. Things come up I feel I am understanding and patient so no big deal. Second appointment the rescheduled first appointment. Get another text day of few hours before hand cancelling with sickness. Totally understand, can't plan for that but I did find it odd or uncanny both appointments months apart I had the bad luck. Third attempt to reschedule, unfortunately it snowed. I was driving fine on the roads but again, I can understand not everyone has the vehicles or equipment for the weather. Finally on my 4th reschedule I did get my massage was even told I could get a 25% off. O

I've seen Lindsay a couple times before and she gives probably the best massage I've ever had. I have to drive 40 minutes to get to Culpeper. I've been having some pain in my leg, so I booked a 90 minute therapeutic massage and waited 9 days for my appointment (which was accepted and I had numerous reminders for and confirmed through square). Unfortunately, the studio was empty when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. At my appointment time there still wasn't anyone there, so I texted the number on the door. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time, texted, and called multiple times and never heard anything back. Very disappointing. You'll notice that a few of the most recent reviews on Google and Facebook are about this same issue. Either the scheduling software she uses

I had a massage booked for last week. The owner was a no show. The next morning she messaged me and apologized for the mix up and rescheduled my appointment. I get it things happen. I got to my appointment this week and the owner once again was very sorry for the mix up the prior week. My massage was amazing and the owner was super friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Booked a massage 2 weeks in advance. Booking was accepted that day. Received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days before, and I confirmed. Received an email reminder the day before, and a text reminder the morning of my appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, and office was locked and dark. Sent a text to Lindsay, no reply. Called her, went to voice mail. I waited until 15 minutes after my appointment time - no call, no text, no show. I took time off work today for this massage. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this business.

Amazing massage, great vibe and great hands! Definitely helped me relax and assisted some of my knots and pains!
