Old Town Barbershop

This guy sat me in his chair asking for a few minutes to take a quick break before my hair cut, totally fine with that. But when it came time to do my haircut he started cutting my hair and it became clear he was hammered drunk. Swaying, missed spots on my head, didn't trim around my ears all the way, nicked me with his clippers and trimmed everything uneven. All said and done he told me it was 30 dollars. I wanted to just pay and get out of there. Then he rings it up as 35 dollars. So I say something to him about it and he goes well since you're paying with card I assumed you didn't have cash for a tip. So I said no I'm not giving you a tip and he got irritated and said ok cool and rang it up as 30. Don't go here unless it's early morning. I forget the guys name. He is there Fridays and S

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Great conversation very pleasant atmosphere, and The barber did a wonderful job on my hair. I love my new cut, and I couldn’t be more grateful that he listened to what I had asked for and got it as close as he could for his first time and we’re just gonna keep it up and it’s gonna get better every time! LOVING IT 🥰

Good average men's haircut. Barber took his time asking questions along the way about how I wanted my hair cut. Hair cut was $25. They are not keen on walk-ins. My impression is they prefer appointments. Cash only.

Luckly seems like I didn’t have the normal experience here as most reviews are good, but I don’t know I’d trust a barber that says she’s proud of her haircuts taking under 15 minutes. After asking for a 2 buzzed on the side and to leave 3 inches on top, I was given a full buzz. With the rushed job the buzz was uneven on the sides and back, and I still had long hairs that I had to fix myself afterwards. On top of all of that, after she knew she made a mistake she still charged me for doing a cut that I could have been done better myself. I’m not writing this to make anyone feel bad, just figured I should leave my experience here.

Mellissa cut my hair in the style I wanted, stacked up the back nicely, she's a delightful lady. Two clients waiting too close before I done,so very busy. Great vibe here. Barbers, too.
