I’m generously giving 2 stars because Vy Tran seemed like a nice lady. She agreed to install my eyelash extensions on a Sunday. It’s unfortunate I have to write this bad review but I’d hate for my horror story to happen to anyone else. The process wasn’t too painful and my eyes looked good but she put the extensions too close to the eyelids so they were constantly poking and scratching me. As a result, my eyelids are swollen and tender. My eyes were red and sore. I took an anti inflammatory for 3 days and put a cold pack on my eyelids because they hurt so much. After 72 hours of excruciating pain and discomfort, I went to another beauty specialist that took them off and confirmed that they were installed without the tiny gap they normally leave.
