I had a massage with Sandy today and she was wonderful to talk to and get a deep tissue massage from! She started off with some energy work, used lavender oil as something to smell, then worked from my face to my toes with me on my back then the other side all while having a really great conversation with her. Most of the advertising for this place seems to be about nail and hair care, but they really should talk about their massages more especially since they weren’t listed as a reason why I’m leaving a review for them here on Google Maps in the preset “What services did you get?” area. My body feels lighter now, I definitely recommend their deep tissue massage service!

I am incredibly upset. I went in explaining that I wanted my hair to be about the same level color and to cover greys which other salons had met expectations. Instead I was left with almost jet black hair. They also triple booked people and you wait around to be styled also you get no input on the blowdry that is done with a flat iron vs a real blow out. It was all rushed and not only that I learned that the cost was almost 500 for a single process. My heart sank. I have never been so disappointed in a salon and will never go back.

I recently visited Oksana Salon & Spa and had the good fortune of meeting Sandy who provided a one hour massage. She’s extremely knowledgeable about various health conditions and works closely with you to provide you the best experience. I walked in with a swollen ankle due to a chronic condition that I have and floated out. I won’t hesitate to visit her again and if you’re considering Visiting this salon or if you’re looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist, I recommend contacting Sandy. Sent this email the middle of September, still haven’t heard back from anyone (more than 1 week later) Good morning, I've been contemplating for quite a while whether or not to send an email about the massage I received last Friday. Not sure where to start. I booked a 90 minute DEEP tissue massage! The massage was medium pressure at best (definitely NOT deep tissue at any given time). The room and bed were cold, I could hear the dryer run, someone in the office next door had multiple loud conversations, heard the front desk phone ring and people walk in the salon. The therapist herself had LONG fingernails, her cell phone kept chiming and vibrating (at least 7 times during my massage and I am pretty sure she responded to one of the text messages "while" massaging me) and she wore sandals (

I don’t normally post salon reviews, nor do I visit salons too frequently. However, my consistently positive experiences at Oksana Salon & Spa have kept me coming back for the past five months. SCHEDULING: I usually talk with Nina in person or on the phone to schedule appointments. She’s always friendly and patiently gives me the information I need, even when I call back to ask a question I forgot to ask. WAXING: I had my first underarm and back wax with Natalie. She has the most calming demeanor and really made the whole process for me quick and with minimal pain. She applied a soothing balm on my back to minimize expected irritation since it was my first time getting my back waxed. I appreciated that she gave me thorough information on waxing aftercare/exfoliation. HAIR: All I can say
