OK Massage

I’ve been going to OK Massage for about six months now, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The staff is professional, the environment is clean and relaxing, and the quality of the massages is top-notch. Over the last few visits, I’ve had sessions with Coco, and she has been phenomenal! Her technique, attention to detail, and ability to relieve tension are outstanding. I always leave feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Coco truly goes above and beyond, and I will definitely continue to request her for future appointments. Highly recommend OK Massage to anyone looking for a great massage experience in Upland!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience of my life here. My partner and I got massages here and he paid for the services prior to even getting a massage. Just to be clear you can’t get a massage or any type of service until you’ve already paid for it before the massage even begins. He had been here prior, but it was my first time here. I had high expectations and the staff seemed friendly at first, that is until I was leaving. I had already finished my massage and my partner had already paid and stepped outside. However, as I was leaving or attempting to leave since we already paid, the front receptionist and the two masseuses all stopped me in my tracks before leaving. One of the best massages I’ve gotten in a while! Very professional and always asking if it’s okay to do things before doing them. Really enjoyed the massage a lot. I’ve been coming to this foot spa since it opened in 2013. And I keep coming back and regularly. Foot massage, combo, and full massage are all very good to excellent! The space is very clean and the location is safe. You could even enjoy a glass of wine or meal at Spaggi’s beforehand.;)
