Ok Beauty & Hair

I went to Ok Beauty and needed to just exchange a hair dye after purchasing it moments ago. They would not exchange or give me $3.00 credit. I will NEVER come back. They do not deserve my hard earned money ever again. They use to have black women working now they don't. And the people they hire no absolutely NOTHING about black hair or products.

The owner was terrible I stopped by to purchase a lipstick in a light brown shade I asked the young lady to help me and she did she was friendly and conversational I was on my way to Starbucks before I decided to come in this beauty supply I got the things I wanted and the young lady told me it was 18 and change I would call him specifically with a $20 bill well when I get back to my motel room I look in the bag and didn't have the only had two lip liners and some finger protectors that I purchased the place was closed since it was 9 when I get this and they close at 7:30 so I called the following day and the owner answered the phone but he seemed very doubtful so he told me to come after 1:30 when the young lady would be in for work it is 7:05 right now I just left the place without the l

They sold me crappy hair that knotted up. When you go to return it, they act like they didn't sell it....even though you have a receipt showing you bought it there. BE WARNED

This place use to have a person wiith great customer service. There is now an “animal “ working the cash reguster. She was aggressive, irate, uncontrollable, angry and lacked customer service skills. The “animal wanted to fight me becaue I did not want to pull my card out the machine and show her my CDL for a second time. The owner observed as this 35-year old employee behaved just like a time bomb. I felt unsafe, scarred and displaced. She screamed at me , telling me to leave the store. i will never return as long as the owner continues to allow someone like “monster” to be the face of the store. The “monster” was out of control. Tucked away in a strip mall with a Starbucks and Blackbear Restaurant in front of it. Provides a lot of items that women can use for their make up and hair care. Very inviting inside the store with good pricing. You can get a coffee, shop and them get some lunch or do some grocery shopping at the market across the parking lot.
