I had an amazing experience at O'Hair! I really needed a haircut so I called this morning to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon. My stylist Brittney was extremely kind and helpful talking through what I was looking for throughout the appointment. I am so so happy with how it turned out. It costed $102 for wash, cut, and style which is an extremely reasonable for a such a great service!

I had called this salon for quotes for a haircut and potential color. However, I was not informed that if additional color was needed that I would be charged extra. My additional coloring ended up costing $200 extra and I was told at the end of my appointment not prior to the start of hair coloring. I called the salon the day after and was told the hair stylist forgot to mention how much additional coloring would cost. Although, the staff member was sympathetic to my situation, nothing else was done. I was decently happy with the service but the price shock without being told prior was very upsetting. I got my haircut here multiple times with two different stylists and it was always great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fairly priced too considering they don’t take tips.

I got a perm and cut. The stylist hardly talked to me. She had no communication style or connection. I paid around $300 for the service, which took a long time. Mind you, my hair was short at the time, and it really shouldn't have taken as long as it did.
