OH My Nails Spa

The staff was very nice, but I had such a disappointing experience. I rarely take time to do something for myself, so I was really looking forward to being pampered. Unfortunately, my pedicure felt rushed — my heels were barely scrubbed, literally 2.5 seconds and my cuticles weren’t cleaned. My manicure was uneven, with different shapes and lengths, and not cleaned underneath. I actually cried during the service because I had been so excited to finally treat myself, and I left feeling worse instead of refreshed. I really hope the salon takes this as constructive feedback because self-care moments like these matter a lot to people.

Jackie is the best, I always go to her for my nails and they’re perfect every time!

This place has gone way downhill since the new ownership. My nails are chipping after one day! Prices have increased, service has declined and you’ve hired women who probably aren’t licensed and have no idea what they’re doing.

Excellent customer service and very talented manicurists! The owner Jackie is phenomenal. She can do any and every design I show her!
