Oh Hair - Beauty Salon

Ashley C. did my roots Saturday and a trim which she dried cut. When the color was washed out she didn’t even check the cut. I tried to go back that day but she tells me she not back till following Friday. I go out of town for a week that day. Which both is inconvenient to have to go that long with a bad cut. She told me she can do it that day or I can cancel to find a stylist that would fit better my needs! Are you serious? When I explained my hair is uneven and had blunt pieces. And still has split ends or was damaged from the dry cut which can happen. She just wanted to tell me how long she been a stylist. She was very inconsiderate and unprofessional that vaped and scrolled on her phone in front of me while we waited for color. I should have known the cut was gonna come out bad becaus

Really upset because I planned all day long on taking my son to get a haircut on my off day today after his sports events. Website and Google both say they close at 3pm on Saturday, and nothing else is really open in Chelsea past that besides 1 place that we don’t go to anymore. I drove from Vincent and get there by 1:45, for them to be closed!! Now, the only way I can really get him a haircut this weekend means I’ll have to pay double at Ulta tomorrow (Sunday). Highly disappointed. Sucks having to pay $70+ for a trim for a teenage boy and having limited time while working so much in the week. Oh Hair needs to update their business hours

I recently moved back to Birmingham and thought it would take a few salons till I found someone I loved as much as my girl in Florida. I was wrong! Mackenzie did a fabulous job, I'm beyond happy. Everyone was so friendly too. Thanks Mackenzie!

I am so glad I went to Oh Hair Saturday, March 7th, 2020. I want to give a big shout out for Mr. Robert(I hope I have his name right). He was phenomenal! The day before, I had gotten my haircut elsewhere, and the lady almost butchered my hair completely, but I was smart enough to leave before it got worse. Robert was able to fix my hair and save it from looking a total disaster. He did an awesome job. I can't thank him enough. I will definitely be coming back.💕 (And my hair isn't dyed, just different lighting, and a mirror lol)

Awful customer service just while trying to book an appointment as a new client. If they don’t care enough to get you into their salon by basic politeness- are they going to care about how your hair looks?
