Advertisement says OG’s accepts walk-ins but have arrived on two separate occasions around 11am (they close at 3pm) and been told they didn’t have walk-ins available and that they close at 3pm (it was a couple minutes past 11:00 and the waiting area was empty🥸). Secondly, haircuts here are mediocre for what their prices. With the exception of one barber the rest have poor customer service and are anything but friendly. Won’t be back and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Jay’s barbershop in McKinney cuts are of the similar quality for less than half the price. Jay isn’t open on Sunday but Patilla’s in Firewheel Garland (greatly superior haircuts and friendly accommodating barbers) is open to 6pm on Sundays.

This place has great customer service very welcoming but the barber today really really messed me up I could tell he completely didn't know what he was doing

Took my son to OG Chop Shop and Franklin did an amazing job. Gteat vibe, and the cut turned out perfect. This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back!

Came in here with my husband a few days ago and the barber will cut my husband's hair did not speak any English and proceeded to cut his hair wrong. I could tell the barber did not care about the customer. Some of these barbers are good some are not so good. If my husband comes back he will request a different barber. Very disappointed.
