Official Cuts Master Barber Shop

I'm an unsatisfied customer. I took my son in for a hair cut today, and even showed the barber a picture of what my son wanted. Up until today I never had an issue with this barber. However, when I expressed to him twice that he was taken off too much, he replied back "Mam let me do my job" then he wanted to argue and raise his voice. I never got loud with him just expressed that I didn't like it. If I hadn't stopped him, he would of cut all his hair off. The fact that he raised his voice around my son, made him feel very uncomfortable. So we left. Not cool, and very unprofessional. Made my son cry and we won't be back.

Best barber shop I've been to, in a 400mile radius in the last 3 years. Capt. Jack on his game!
