My beard trim needed a touch up. I had an entire section of long beard hairs that I mentioned to the barber. He quickly took care of the ones I pointed out. However I've noticed more missed patches.

He gave me the worst hair cut and I went twice. I’m not picky but the first time there were hairs sticking up in the back like alfalfa so I returned to ask for that to be removed and then I got home again and i realized I have rogue hairs that are still long stick out of the front. Like he totally doesn’t care. I could have done better myself.

Since my first visit I've been very satisfied with Dianna. She doesn't just cut your hair she also makes everyone very comfortable and welcome. Very nice clean and cheerful environment with great conversations and she's a real professional and Special Woman. I bet if you go to see her you'll never be disappointed....prices are very reasonable too.

I got a terrible haircut here. It was cut like a ten year old hacking at a barbie dolls hair. The ends are ratty and uneven. And the woman who cut my hair was pretty disturbing. Used the word queer in a derogatory way. It was a gross experience overall. That being said, the previous time I was there I got a good haircut from someone else. But I will never return here.

I’m so tired of this. I know i want a weird haircut, but I find it infuriating that every barber I go to just decides to blatantly ignore the extremely simple and explicit directions I give. All I’m asking for is don’t shave lines in the back of my head or shave any part of my neck bald. I just want all my hair even, not linear edges. Every barber I go to says “alright no problem” and proceeds to shave my neck bald or shave a line in the bottom of my hair. What the hell is the matter with people? I was polite about it, and still paid and even tipped, but I’m so angry and also unwilling to yell at a sweet old lady so this is my other option. I’m angry, I hate this.
