I had a tremendous experience from start to finish at Off Limits. The staff was very professional, and operate a clean and welcoming environment. I even saw the owner, Carlos, taking time to sweep the shop and ensuring all stations were tidy. My barber, Dre, did a phenomenal job on my haircut and beard trim. He was thoughtful and communicative throughout the entire process and exceeded all expectations. He has now become my “go to” barber, as I have never received such care and attention to detail from any barber ever. I know people travel from far and wide to this particular barbershop and it’s for good reason. I can assure you that you will be in great hands with these folks and will leave you feeling like a million bucks. Suffice it to say, Off Limits is hands down the best barber shop

Before I begin, I want to note that I genuinely like the barbershop and its atmosphere. However, this recent experience was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had with my barber Dre For the past two years, I have consistently tipped $15–$20 per visit, arrived on time, and respected his schedule even though he was late to my appointments on multiple occasions. I did not address the issue until it became consistent, and when I did, I approached it respectfully. The concern was never the cost of the haircut. I regularly paid $55–$60, despite the listed price being $35 (or $40 with enhancements)and never receiving a hot towel .The concern was communication. I’ve been going to Off Limits Barber Shop 3 for a while now, and honestly, it has become my go-to spot in Fayetteville. The shop has a chill and welcoming vibe, and everyone there treats you with respect. I want to especially mention to, Wilfredo. He takes his time, listens to what you want, and always makes sure the cut comes out clean. You can tell he really cares about his work. Every time I leave the shop I feel confident with my haircut. If you’re looking for a barbershop with good service, good people, and barbers who actually know what they’re doing, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended

Been going to Dre for 2 1/2 years since being stationed at Fort Bragg & he’s been the best barber I’ve had ever (no bs). All the other barbers are super welcoming & understanding, makes it feel like a tight knit community. They take care of you!

Freddy does great work and is consistently working to improve. Only uses the best equipment to achieve amazing haircuts. Highly recommend if you’re either new to the area or in search of a new barber. 🤝🤝🤝
