Amy is a hair magician! I’ve had limp, straight hair that refuses to hold a curl for as long as I can remember. Decided to get a wave perm (Amy said this was a Japanese-style perm) and couldn’t be happier with the results! She gave me a great textured cut to help showcase the curls beforehand, and you can tell she’s been doing this all for a long time. Her helper, Eliot, was also a delight. Both were so kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process. They even poured me some wine! Services are pretty expensive but the results are worth it. Bring cash or use cashapp to tip!

I took my son to get his hair cut after another place said they couldn't do it because they only saw clients by appointment. So we looked at other places in the area and tried this one. We were welcomed with open arms. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist (sorry, I don't remember his name) was wonderful and helpful. Amy cut my son's hair and did an amazing job! We were amazed by her skills. In my four years in North Carolina, this is the first time my son has LOVED his haircut and wants to go back to Amy. He has curly hair and likes it long, so it hasn't been easy finding someone who knows how to work with his hair. Amy knows exactly how to cut his hair and gave him a nice, stylish look. Thank you!

I had my first appointment at this salon today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted right at the door by reception, which immediately made me feel welcome. Check-in and checkout were both quick and seamless, and they even helped me schedule my next appointment in just a few minutes. I was scheduled with a junior stylist, and she did a wonderful job. She was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in her work. What impressed me even more was the culture of mentorship in the salon. During my appointment, the master stylist/owner came over and noticed a small detail that could be improved.
