I love this place! The owners are so kind and sweet. My girl Kelly is the bomb! She does amazing work and is so fast! She’s so easy to talk to and knows exactly what she’s doing. She was so nice and patient with me while I tried to match my gel color to my regular toe polish. She took extra time to help me and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I’ll keep coming back here again and again!

Lucy and the whole staff are amazing. They do an awesome job on both feet and finger nails. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. The quality of work shows. We drove 2 hours away and got top quality service.

Went in for a SNS, everyone was polite but the service was awful! My cuticles were cut too much and bleeding on three different fingers, it was the worst as far as alignment and bumps everywhere, everything uneven, all the side are choppy, absolutely the worst!! Called and they said to come back in about two weeks for a discount!??! What like I would care to go back ! Bad business

I came in and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. I had to wait 30 minutes, which was completely fine. After she completed the actual pedicure and was ready apply the polish, she told me the Essie brand polish I selected (a regular light pink color) was an additional $3. At this point, I had been there for 45 minutes -- my feet were soaked and my hands were covered in cuticle remover inside plastic baggies. Getting up to select another polish wasn't exactly convenient. I have NEVER heard of an additional cost for a brand of basic polish. Not to mention a common brand you can pick up just about anywhere. I'm pleased with how my nails turned out, but I will not return to this salon. The cost of the polish should be included in their prices. ...like every other salon.

I realize that they were very busy today, with being the first day open after being closed due to the virus. I was the first customer there this morning, and I thought I would get a full set and be out in about an hour. Two hours later, the lady doing my nails had answered the phone in excess of ten times, and still hadn’t put on the ‘pink’ part of my pink and white. I told her I had to go and could not continue sitting there any longer due to back pain. She said all she had left to do was put on the top coat (shine) and I could come back this afternoon late and get that done. She didn’t even realize she had only half done my nails. I had asked for round, and they definitely are not. They are all different shapes. Two have thick amounts of the dried white powder under them. She did apologi
