I had an amazing experience at this salon! My hairstylist Thiana was wonderful. She was very kind, made me feel so comfortable, and did an amazing job with my haircut, blowout, curled and coloring. The customer service was excellent and honestly reminded me of the Dominican salons in New York Welcoming, professional, and great energy. On top of that, the price was wonderful for the quality of service. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with my haircut. It was a complete failure and not at all what I asked for. I requested a layered cut, but the result was poorly done and unacceptable.😣😞

My first time going to them and my hair is damaged! They used too much heat. Not sure if there’s something in the shampoo. Also I wait 6 hrs for this.

Service was good. But I went there once to get a silk press after my hair wouldn’t go back curly. I had really BAD HEAT DAMAGE from getting a silk press one time and I thought I could save my hair but NO I had to do a big chop to cut the heat damage they caused on my hair and also before I cut my hair my hair started breaking due to HEAT DAMAGE. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE NATURALLY CURLY HAIR AND DONT WANT HEAT DAMAGE

Because you guys have made them tiktok famous, They have gone up on their prices, particularly Joanna. For years they have been a well kept secret offering reasonable services in a professional way. Always kind and friendly up until recently (three weeks ago to be exact) I paid $65 for a blow out, now its $90 calling it inflation. There are signs NO of updates to their prices changes. Prior to that, they took a person over me and when I corrected them, nothing changed but a lousy " Im sorry", Don't let me start with owners rudeness so before you get a service ASK!!!!!!!! They will never see me again!!! EVER! BEWARE
