The salon is a VIBE and Katie is MY GIRL. She is also the owner of Oceanwood. I have been seeing Katie since 2021 and she has transformed my hair. My previous salon was bleaching my hair and never really guiding me as to how I should be getting color and doing extensions. Katie was friend enough to speak up and give her honest opinion about how I should continue treating my hair if I wanted it to grow and be healthy again. She was very familiar with my hair type so I trusted her fully in the process to revive my overly processed, bleached and brittle hair. It is now the longest and healthiest it’s ever been even postpartum. I love all the girls here. Each stylist is crazy talented and so sweet! I’ve been a client of Katie, the owner, for a decade. She is talented at her craft and I always get compliments on the gorgeous color she helps me choose. Her specialty is blondes, but she’s been taking great care of my many shades of red over the years. I love that she’s got her own spot at the beach and can’t recommend her and her staff enough!

Katie is absolutely the best. I have used her for years. Always have a perfect cut and color. She has managed to get and keep my hair, healthy. When she moved to her beach location- I followed, even though it’s almost an hour to get there, she is definitely worth the drive.
