From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and extremely professional, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. The massage itself was excellent—they found all my tight spots and effectively addressed them. I feel much lighter and more relaxed now. This is my new go-to massage spot.

Unbelievable. I booked my massage appointment online exactly TWO WEEKS AGO and received 2 email confirmations on it and I walk in for my appointment and was told no and come at 3 or 4pm instead of the 10am slot i booked. I said well i booked it and this is the confirmation. And she said no we cant do that, come at 12pm and I said i cant because I scheduled this day AND time for A REASON because i have other plans and places to get to in the afternoon. Such a disappointment. She even told me to just get lunch in the mean time then come back and completely disregarded the fact that I told her i cant do any other time but another customer walked in and she abruptly said “ok ok bye” to serve the other customer. This is very upsetting and most of all, UNPROFESSIONAL. DO. BETTER.

If you’re looking for a light, relaxing Swedish massage, this isn’t the place. Ocean Spa leans more toward deep tissue, shiatsu, with stretching and even some glute/sciatic work. They use plenty of oil (thankfully followed by hot towels) and include some unique touches like shaking arms and legs. The sheet work isn’t perfect, but the massage itself is thorough and very different from mainstream spas. Payment and tip are taken upfront. They also have bars over the bed for Lomi Lomi style massage if you ask, where the therapist stands on your back and uses their feet. Overall, it’s an intense, Eastern-style experience worth trying if you want something beyond the usual.

Very little technique here and she begged and begged for a tip throughout the massage. Said she had to eat wow. Will never come back to this place again.

If you love acupressure and reflexology these ladies are amazing. Both of them deliver an incredible deep tissue sports massage. Can't say enough good things they are sweet and friendly and the massage ... I'm still talking about the massage. Call and schedule though. They appreciate it and they get busy.
