Ocean Shores Beach Access

I have been coming here for years and always love it. The beach is always clean. There's always plenty of room even when it's busy. You can see beautiful sunsets like we did this past weekend. 😍 Separate visit* We came again and had another wonderful time!

I had an amazing time at Ocean Shores! Clam digging was an absolute blast. Ocean Shores is the perfect place for family fun - from building sandcastles and flying kites to clamming, fishing, and swimming. Don't miss out on the exciting events like the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. And of course, the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. Also there is sometimes brown bubble that are bubbles from algae blooms. Just remember to be cautious near the ocean and take necessary precautions to stay safe at all times.

Lots of beach, very busy on holidays, if ur car has low clearance, don't drive onto sand park on sides of road. Or you may need to be towed out. Great place for kite, flying and for children to play lots of shallow splash area. I would not recommend swimming here as the waves, Once you get to swimming, depth are pretty intense.

Plenty of parking. If you stay parked through high tide, make sure you move far enough up the beach that the ocean doesn't eat your vehicle. Spent the entire day here playing in the water and all the beach games. Even with all the traffic, we never ran out of room to play football. The prevailing winds cool you just enough to ignore the sun burns. Bring jackets if you stay past sundown, as it will cool you quickly without a fire.

Great place to go see the ocean in its raw beauty. Great for family day. Watch out for the water and the sand. Cars get stranded all the time. Fire response is top notch. People need to clean up after themselves and behave more apppropriately. Overall great to visit here.
