I started with Ocean Park Massage Therapy Clinic in December 2025 in the hope of finding relief to hip pain I had been experiencing due to my running. I started seeing Kristen Rich, who took a look at my overall alignment and worked to improve tension and reduce muscle stiffness and over all range of motion in my hip, legs and neck. It did not take long for me to feel improvement with reduced pain, and after 5 treatment I felt a complete release in my hip. Since that time I have gone back to my running routine and have continued to marvel at the change this has made to my everyday life. I highly recommend giving Kristen a try!

I highly recommend Shauna Fairholm. She is a gifted therapist with a wealth of knowledge in anatomy who helps me greatly with a multitude of issues. I also love the cranial sacral work she performs on me. My tense body always feels relaxed and loose after a visit. Be sure to book ahead though, as she is in high demand.

Arthur is an amazing very educated and experienced masseuse and has helped me get through a horrible car accident. Arthur is also extremely experienced with cranial sacral therapy and is very gentle in the process.
