Ocean Nails

My first time here. Phuong did an amazing job in my nails she definitely understood the assignment. Kim did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and white tip. Joanne hooked my eyebrows up as well. Just an overall superb experience.

This was my first time visiting, and I hadn’t had my brows threaded in over five months. Despite my anxiousness, she listened to my concerns and took her time to make sure my brows came out perfect. I truly appreciated the patience and care she put into every stroke of the henna as well. I’m so excited to come back for my mani and pedi! 🤎

Joann did my brows yesterday and did an excellent job. I was nervous bc I’ve had them messed up so many times. She did the henna tint (brown) and it was the perfect shade. I’ll definitely be back.

Joanne has horrible customer service. I went to get my eyebrows waxed/threaded (a simple clean up), and she took the whole end off of my right eyebrow, then had no accountability or resolution. When she completed the service, she held the mirror up for 5 seconds, then put it down and walked away expecting me to be satisfied. I took a closer look in the mirror on the wall, and saw part of my eyebrow was missing. I went to the front to show her, and she tried to say that there was nothing wrong with my eyebrows, but that she would fix them to look the same. I told her she is NOT removing the end of my other eyebrow, just to make it look even. Then she went on to gaslight me, first saying it looked like that because my eyebrows are thin, and when I told her that’s not true, she changed it to,

They r absolutely amazing tier environment the service was amazing they pay attention to detail im a very particular kinda woman when it comes to my nails they were very patient with me and did not disappoint I most def recommend and will be back
