went in on a Saturday before running errands and chose to get my pedicure done first since the salon was not busy at all. Had it been crowded, I would have done my errands first. When I arrived, the person at the desk asked what service I wanted and immediately sat me in the pedicure chair. The water was very hot; I mentioned it and was told it would cool down after running cold water for a second. He then walked away and went back to the front, and later I noticed he was servicing another client. That wasn’t a big issue, but it set the tone. There were several employees present—some working, some walking around, some in the back—yet I was left soaking my feet for nearly an hour with no communication whatsoever. No one checked in, explained the wait, or acknowledged me. The technician w
So this place seemed nice and wasn't expensive. However, the lady made my acrylic so thick that it's uncomfortable. Also the gel polish started peeling while I was still in the store. Another lady redid it and literally the next day, which was yesterday, the same nail peeled again. Most importantly, during my pedicure the lady cut the bottom of my foot. Which, I didn't notice at first until I started walking and it was an excuriating pain. Definitely do not go here!!! Pictures attached!
Asked for refill and shape. Wasnt hapoy with the set shape or polish. Customer service was horrible. And look at the pictures to see the work they allowed me to walk out with. Would not recommend.
Went on sat I have natural nails and only get acrylic I asked the tech to remove old put a thick coating on new. Of course they wanna do what they wanna do lazy.. so my thin layer of acrylic came off 2days later. Go at your own risk or just don't get pinky.i don't mind paying for what I want. Ijs
I went in for a Gel polish change. 1st she filed my nails down too short ( didnt notice until she finished one hand) 2nd after I paid I told the person at the front desk my nails were sloppy (painting down to the cracks of my skin)and she painted them too thick (which will cause them to peel off) so she might need more training. They told me she doesn't need training and I needed a manicure.... my close friend is a nail technician who I usually go to when Im not rushing does my nails without a manicure & they always looks flawless, not too thick or thin and filed correctly. I do not reccomend them for Gel poslish or regular natural nails. I know others who feel the same. They are horrible!
