We had a terrible experience at this massage center. We booked an appointment for three members, and they confirmed it without any issue. However, when we reached on time, they shockingly told us that they had already given our slots to other customers. There was no courtesy call, message, or apology—just an indifferent attitude from the staff. Even after showing our booking confirmation, they acted as if it was our fault. It was clear they prioritized walk-ins or regulars over confirmed bookings. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely frustrating. Been coming to Ocean Melody for about a year since I found it, Cici is usually my go to when I visit this place. She knows which spots to give special attention too and which spots to watch for like my broken shoulder. I give this place 5stars hands down. The others are very good too!

I don’t know her name, but she was absolutely incredible. Her approach is deeply intuitive—she pinpointed the exact areas where I was holding pain without me saying a word. This isn’t your typical relaxing massage—it’s true healing. I’ve been struggling with herniated discs in my neck, and the pain had tightened up the entire left side of my body for months. She was able to unwind knots and release stuck energy that I didn’t even realize was affecting me so deeply. She generously incorporated gua sha and cupping into the session—an impressive amount of work and care for the price. I’ll admit, I did a lot of screaming, but looking back, it was absolutely worth it. The only downside was that she answered a couple of work calls during the session, but I understand she may be short-staffed.

My experience was wonderful from the minute I walked through their doors. The ladies treated me so kindly and took care of me right away. I did the 60 min massage ( requested hard/firm), and I definitely got what I asked for. Mimi has hands of angles she knew exactly what I needed and found the knots on my shoulder and back. Towards the end, she offered me hot stones as well to massage, and that was the topping on my experience, just what my soul and body needed. I left feeling relaxed, soft, and great with the beautiful compliments the ladies gave me when I was leaving. They say treat those how you want to be treated.
